Day One Hundred Fourteen

Today Penelope and I went to the swap meet sort of by accident. I Googled "farmer's market", and Google pointed me there to Golden West College, and if I knew my OC geography better, I would've known that before we got there! In any case, we went and walked around, and boy, was it hot!! Still, Penelope enjoyed herself a lot, and was laughing, watching and talking the whole time.

Once Daddy got home (with flowers for me for Mother's Day!) we ordered some take-out and played with P for a long time... One of the pics are of us pushing her around in a little basin, pretending it was a car. Incidentally, that basin is from the hospital, it's the same tub she had her very first bath in. :) I'm sentimental, and wanted to save it... And lots of other stuff, but maybe P will like to see that some day! We use it to keep toys in, or other stuff. 

I received two very sweet Mother's Day cards, from Gayle and from Aunt Sandy... I'm so happy to be a Mommy and feel so special to have that acknowledged! I'm so lucky, I don't forget that...

Pics- Tom wanted a photo of baby in her tank top and shorts, she looked too cute! And also, one of her playing with her new hungry hippo game, which she LOVES! Also, my Mother's Day icecream cake: YUM!!!! 

Goodnight.... little P is asleep, I'm PRAYING she stays that way for at least 5 hours!
