Day 147

Today Penelope and I were... You guessed it: busy! :) I guess we are always on the move, and that's a good thing. We woke before the darn chickens, as per usual, and had our normal morning routine (bottle, coffee or milk for me, news, nap for P). I had arranged to pick up some old baby clothes from a friend from my OC Mothers group-- she lived a little far, but it was well worth it. We got two huge garbage bags filled with lightly used and new baby girl clothes, from newborn to about 9 months. Very nice stuff, too! Only issue now is to decide what to keep, what to store for our new daughter, and what to sell on Ebay. It's definitely a project. 

Later, Mana came to hang with Penelope, they went on a walk while Mama cleaned for all the company we're having this weekend. I took a pic of P crawling-- she's really getting it now! She can do it now, she's just still a little unsure. I'm so proud of our baby girl-- she's growing up so darn fast!! 

Baby was tired and grumpy until bedtime, and I put her down early! She cried a whole hour tonight... It was gut wrenching for me, just heart breaking! This cry-it-out business is really tough. :'(

That's all for today... We are both just waiting for morning when Papa comes home... We miss him when he's at work! I catch P looking for him during her middle-of-the-night feeding when he's at work-- she turns her head waaaay around looking for him on his side of our bed! Too cute.
