Today was Penelope's baby sister's birthday!!! We all woke up early and said out goodbyes. Penelope stayed with her Aunt Anita and favorite cousin Anabella at our house. We left for the hospital, and at 9:31, Luciana Mary was born! :) Mama was in quite a bit of pain for most of the day, and wasn't able to worry about how P was doing. Turns out she did really well!! I hear she and Anabella are besties, playing lots, and having a ball together. Penelope went to sleep just fine, and woke up in a good mood. :) It's such a load off my shoulders to know she's okay, and in such good hands.
We are just dying to get back home, to be with both our girls, and just find our routine. After staying in the hospital, home is always such a huge sigh of relief.
