Day 234

Well folks, we did it today-- we finally got Penelope's bedroom all set up!! :) I have to say: I HATED every minute of clearing out that room, what with how messy the house was, how hot it was that day, and how much WORK it was, but sooooo glad we just did it. Shopping & picking stuff for P was fun, but actually doing it together today was awesome. Penelope hung in there (sort of-- she whined a lot) and we just built cabinets, installed curtain rods & curtains, assembled a crib and arranged it all in the perrrrrrfect way! :) I'm so so happy with the end result-- baby girl has a beautiful, bright, girly room! And the best part is there's actually room for her to play in there! I may begin to have her hang out in there and get rid of all the sitting room/Daddy's office play area. I mean, P has taken the whole house over, so... Yeah. ;) 

We finished everything except putting P's clothes in her drawers & closet, and arranging all the decorative stuff, so there's still work to be done. I'm glad Papa has the next two days off to kinda be there for that... He has a good eye for design! Anyway, we decided it wasn't too soon for P-Nut to begin sleeping in her new room, so she's there now, sleeping like a cute little log. :) She seemed to like it in there... I hope she does. 

That's really our whole day... Oh, onesie thing: Penelope is trying to walk more and more each day! Today she took two or three steps from Daddy to Mama... We are so proud of our little angel! I think she'll be fully walking in three weeks or less. We'll see!
