Day 239

Well, today was a nice day-- not too hot, and Penelope had one good nap! :) She surprised Thomas and I by doing well without her milk at night. She woke up twice, as usual, but only cried a little bit each time, and went back to sleep. I picked her up, changed and gave her a bottle at 5am-ish, after Papa left for work, though. I figured she might sleep another hour or so... Well, I didn't hear little Missy until 8:30! :) I can't tell you how amazing it felt to wake up rested. I know now, since her morning nap was crappy, that I can't let her sleep in like that always, but it sure felt great today! 

Later, we ran errands: Children's Orchard (looking for a crib bumper-- no dice), the bank (cash for our lunch later) & Albertsons for sandwich rolls. P was good and stayed awake, so she had a great nap when we got home. 

Mana came over at 4, and we walked over to Fairview Park for the fundraiser "Food Truck Friday"... There were two food trucks and an ice cream truck. :/ In any case, I had a great time, and we all got to spend some time together. :)

Tomorrow will be a long day-- we're visiting some friends of mine who live kinda far away. But, I'm sure we'll have fun!
