We had a fun time at the Long Beach flea market today! Woke up at 6am-- Penelope didn't need me to wake her, either! We were at Mana's by 8am and in Long Beach before 9am. Since P had been up since 6, I realized almost right away that she was ready for her morning nap when we arrived at the flea market, and that she wouldn't sleep. Yeah. :/ So, we walked around, shopping, poking around and little Miss P got more and more tired. After I found a toy shelf/cabinet for P's room, we decided to call it an early day. Thank goodness Grandma was with us, we sure needed the help! This means we're ready to start putting Penelope's room together!!! We are excited, for so many reasons: P is growing up and needs a "big girl" room, and her baby sister is coming soon. :) We are just so happy about it! By the way, all the furniture in her new room is white, so we'll have to figure out what other colors to incorporate with wall color, curtains, etc. I have so many ideas!! :D
We will have Papa home and on vacation until the 30th, after tonight-- yippee skippy! :) I'll begin getting us ready to travel to Seaside, Oregon on Thursday. Should be a fun time!
